There will be a $500 deposit required to hold your reservation which will go towards your rental rate. The balance of your rental rate is due 60 days in advance. Upon arrival you will be required to place a $500 authorization hold on a credit card which will be refunded at checkout providing there are no damages, excessive cleaning or missing equipment.
Damage Waiver
Coverage is for physical damage to our rental boats only (Exception: Wave runners). There is a $1,000 deductible. The daily charge is $15.
Rates:
Full rental rate and sales tax are due at least 60 days prior to arrival. Sales tax and fuel charges are in addition to the rental rate.
Departure:
Before departing with your boat, full payment must be made, a rental agreement signed, and operating instructions given. Departure must be made 1 hour before sunset. All houseboats must be accompanied by a motor boat. Bring your own or rent from us.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Deposits-If your reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to your arrival, half of your deposit is refunded.
Rental Rates-If your reservation is cancelled inside 60 days of your arrival your rental rate is non-refundable.
Processing Fee-Transfer of dates or downgrading of your unit may be made 60 days or more prior to your arrival date for a $25 fee.
Notes:
No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, weather conditions or unforeseen breakdowns. Absolutely no pets and no camping!
No Camping or Pets:
Our cabin area is designated for cabin guests only. Visitors using RV's, tents and campers must park in one of the licensed campgrounds around the lake. No pets are allowed..
Fireplaces:
Our fireplaces are designed for fire logs only. We provide one complimentary log and additional logs are available for purchase at the dock store.
